These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of 2rboshop.com and to any purchase you make on it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and pricing
We do our best to show product details, images and prices accurately. Colors and small details may vary slightly from the photos. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.
Orders
After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we received it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, the payment cannot be verified or the order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by PayPal, including card payments and the other payment options shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs and any free shipping offers are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of the carrier or other circumstances outside our control.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy.
Product use
Please install and use products as described, in line with applicable safety rules and your vehicle or equipment manufacturer’s guidance. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper installation or use.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, 2rboshop is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
